Project: Marketing & Sales Strategy and Implementation Location: London, UK Company: Unboxed Homes Client: Walmer Yard Role: Marketing Development Manager Impact: Annie served as the marketing, event, and real estate manager during the construction and completion phases of four individual, interlocking residential houses known as Walmer Yard, the first residential scheme in Britain by architectural designer and teacher, Peter Salter. Annie met weekly with the site owners and architect team to craft a marketing strategy and event schedule for the promotion of the property worth £22M to include development of the website, curation of buyer lists, and the creation and production of exclusive high-net-worth events held on site. Project: Rebrand of a Global Company Location: Remote Company: Velocity Global Role: Senior Marketing Project Manager Impact: Annie developed the processes, planning structure, status reports, and systems management from scratch for an organizational rebranding, successfully coordinating with executive leaders, the internal creative team, external stakeholders, and a design agency to manage the flip of hundreds of global marketing assets over five months, running daily status meetings to complete each phase of rebranding ahead of schedule while pivoting mid-project to adjust for a significant photography delay and leadership changes. Project: Ward 8 Short Term Family Housing (The Triumph) Location: Washington, DC Company: MCN Build Client: District of Columbia Department of General Services and the Department of Human Services Role: Construction Project Manager Impact: Annie managed the full project operational lifecycle of the modular design and build of The Triumph, a 36,000 sq ft safe haven with bedrooms for 50 families on the upper 5 floors of the 6 story building which also included a computer lab, common rooms, laundry and dining facilities, multi-purpose rooms, a health clinic, and indoor and outdoor play areas. Annie met weekly with the client, architect, and construction teams, created and managed the master schedule, monitored direct labor hours and costs, oversaw subcontractor proposals, submittals, and work on site, tracked invoicing, and contributed to ongoing project financial reporting. Project: Shepherdess Walk Location: London, UK Company: Unboxed Homes Role: Development & Marketing Manager Impact: Annie managed the construction of five apartments and three terraced houses as well as the interior design of one of the completed houses to act as a show home. Annie led the planning and scheduling for the architect and construction teams, budget management, quality control, timeline management, and subcontractor management. Annie also developed the marketing strategy, led property tours, and showed the apartments and homes to prospective buyers. Project: Blenheim Grove - Custom Build Homes Location: London, UK Company: Unboxed Homes Role: Development & Marketing Manager Impact: Annie managed the construction and marketing of five three-story connected houses which were sold as new build, weathertight shells appealing to buyers who wanted a self-build home without the hassle of the intial construction and the price tag of a fully finished project. It was the first project of its kind in London, serving as a pioneer in solving the housing crisis. Annie led the project planning for the architect and construction teams, subcontractor management, timeline management once construction began, budget management, and quality control. Annie also developed the marketing strategy, led property tours, and showed the homes to prospective buyers. Project: Website Redesigns and Implementation Location: Remote Company: The Consulting Reserve Client: Penciled Coaching, Think Beyond IP, High Fields Farm Role: Business Consultant Impact: In addition to her role as a Director of Operations, Annie worked with three separate clients across a variety of industries to manage the redesign and implementation of new websites. Annie detailed a project plan, resourced the client's chosen website and graphic designers, managed the design and build of every page, and facilitated weekly meetings for timely completion.
